Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Ophthalmologist focused on glaucoma with cataract experience. The selected candidate will join a collegial team of five optometrists and three ophthalmologists.

The position features a 4 1/2 day work week plus a half day for admin, with 2 1/2 to 3 days in the Operating Room. Competitive salary and benefits, with shareholder eligibility after two years.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Ophthalmologist to join practice in Beverly Hills. Our selected candidate will be Glaucoma trained and possess cataract experience. Practicing Physicians with two (2) or more years of practice experience strongly encouraged to apply.

• Practice is Monday through Friday with Ophthalmologists spending 2 1/2 or 3 days in the Operating Room.

Our compensation philosophy

We offer competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Pay Range: $371,064 - $516,723 Total Cash Compensation.
