Job summary

WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV is recruiting an Ophthalmologist. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions and perform comprehensive eye care services.

You will obtain visual acuity measurements across patient groups and contribute to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows while providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
• BE/BC in Ophthalmology
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency

Responsibilities

• Obtain and accurately record visual acuity measurements on adults, children, illiterate patients and infants.
• Offer full spectrum eye care services: Cataracts, diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, dry eyes, facial spasms, migraines, movement disorder in the eye, etc.
• Active involvement in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
