Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a growing ophthalmology practice in Western Montana recruit a physician to join an established patient base with good autonomy and work-life balance. You will provide general ophthalmology care with cataract and lens surgery emphasis, with retinal training considered a plus.

This role offers a generous base salary plus production incentives, relocation/sign-on assistance, and a very light on-call schedule (about 10 days per month).

Position Highlights

• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Clinic with 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms
