Mass General Brigham's Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary is seeking an administrative professional to support the Practice Manager. You will coordinate daily activities, generate reports, train new hires, and help implement processes across multiple site locations.
Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years in admin work, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. This on-site role is at 243-245 Charles Street, 40 hours per week.

Provides general administrative and operation support to the Practice Manager. Performs a variety of tasks specifically aimed toward the organizational mission which include but not limited to: general administrative support, project coordination, monthly metrics reports, approving payroll, report generation, training new hires, and process implementation. Also steps in to be Acting Manager in the event a Practice Manager is out for an extended period of time.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience operating in an administrative capacity and/or work involving administrative project coordination. Strong organizational skills a must. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written), ability to work with a team and independently. Healthcare background preferred.
