Job summary

Medpace is seeking established Clinical Trial Managers and Project Managers with a focus on Ophthalmology to join our Clinical Trial Management Group in Dallas, TX. We offer a competitive salary/bonus program, plus equity grants that have become lucrative for our associates.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day project operations per contract and ICH/GCP standards, serving as Sponsor contact, and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO.
• Experience in Phases 1–4; Phases 2–3 preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP regulations.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational project issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain deep knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and training.
• Review input for study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final report.
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment.
• Oversee study vendor management.
• Manage site quality and supervise CRAs and monitoring deliverables.
