Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. in Frisco, TX seeks an experienced ASC Administrator to lead the opening and ongoing operation of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of opening centers and managing facilities with ophthalmology procedures, including cataract, cornea, glaucoma and retina services. You will develop policies, oversee staffing and scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, implement quality improvement initiatives, and build strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ASC Administrator, especially opening new centers.
• Strong knowledge of Ophthalmology, Cataract, Cornea, Glaucoma, and Retina.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Texas state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and opening of the new surgery center.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Develop operational policies and procedures for efficiency and patient safety.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Collaborate with medical staff on ophthalmology protocols.
• Implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and vendors.
