Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an experienced ophthalmologist with retina expertise for a clinic-based role in Wisconsin. The position will involve both outpatient and inpatient care, with LASER procedures, injections, and possible admissions.

Candidate will interpret ultrasound, fluorescein angiography and OCT, and participate in strabismus/anterior segment work as needed. On-call responsibilities require prompt response times.

Qualifications

• Must be board-eligible or board-certified in ophthalmology.
• Proficiency in retina-related diagnostics and procedures.
• Experience with LASER, injections, ultrasound, OCT imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide both outpatient and inpatient ophthalmic care with admissions as required.
• Perform retinal and anterior segment procedures, LASER and injections.
• Respond to call within 30 minutes; manage 0–2 clinic patients and 0–3 calls per 24 hours.
• Interpret ultrasound, fluorescein angiography and OCT findings.
