American Academy of Ophthalmology in Michigan is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist (or glaucoma or cornea surgeon) to join a busy, physician-owned practice near Midland. Expect 500–750+ cases year 1 and 1,000+ year 2, with 4.5 days per week and a clear path to ownership.

Enjoy a strong referral network, supportive OD team, and a family-focused culture. Base salary ranges from $325K to $400K with 35% of collections, excellent PTO, CME, and a full benefits suite.
