Job summary

Texas Eye Care Network is seeking an ophthalmologist to join a high-volume, full-scope practice in Corpus Christi. The role includes cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disease, diabetic eye disease and LASIK, within a team of 3 ophthalmologists and 1 optometrist.

Evidence-based care is supported by Zeiss OCT, Pentacam, iTrace, Topography, Optos and Argos Biometer, with a full support staff and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology.
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope ophthalmology care including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and LASIK.
• Collaborate with a team of three ophthalmologists and one optometrist.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to support patient care.

Position Highlights

• Comprehensive ophthalmology role within a team of 3 ophthalmologists and 1 optometrist
• Full-scope case mix: cataracts, corneal disease, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and LASIK
• High-volume, well-established referral network with a balanced clinical workload
• Brand-new 25,000 sq. ft. facility with 18–20 exam rooms, 7 workup rooms, and a dedicated LASIK suite
• Advanced diagnostic equipment including Zeiss OCT, Pentacam, iTrace, Topography, Optos, and Argos Biometer
• Full support staff: experienced techs, scribes, and diagnostic technicians
