Central Florida Eye Specialists in Florida seeks a Fellowship-trained Oculoplastics surgeon to join our multi-location, multispecialty practice with Lake Mary and Winter Park offices. Candidate should be Board certified or Board eligible and open to collaborating with our existing medical staff to sustain a significant surgical volume.

• Board certified or Board eligible and fellowship-trained in oculoplastics.
• Willing to work across Lake Mary and Winter Park locations with current medical staff.
• Experience handling a significant surgical volume is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing medical staff to manage a substantial surgical volume.
• Deliver high-quality ophthalmic care and support patient outcomes.

Position Summary

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a candidate interested in working in our Lake Mary and Winter Park offices! Our rapidly growing multi-location, multispecialty practice is seeking a Fellowship-trained Oculoplastics surgeon. Our offices are well equipped with full staff and EHR. Extra resources and partnership program through affiliation with EyeSouth Partners. Strategic Management Partner to help onboard and maximize potential for success. Access to corporate support services to reduce administrative burden on physicians and improve clinical efficiency. Network of 365+ ophthalmologists and optometrists. Eligible for partnership after 1-2 years for experienced hires and 2-3 years for residents/fellows.
