Job summary

Spencer Britt in west central Minnesota is seeking a full-time BE/BC Ophthalmologist to join a team with two other ophthalmologists and three optometrists. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call duties and potential for high-volume patient care, supported by Epic EMR.

Base compensation starts at $440K for the first two years, plus wRVUs, and a generous benefits package including health & dental, life and disability insurance, 6 weeks of PTO, 401K with 10% employer

• BE/BC Ophthalmologist required
• No on-call duties
