Responsibilities

• Preserve vision and enhance quality of life for glaucoma patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and stage glaucoma; determine medical, laser, or surgical interventions.
• Perform pre- and post-operative assessments for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
• Conduct glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies.
• Provide longitudinal care: IOP, optic nerve health, visual fields, disease progression.
• Collaborate with surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and staff for seamless care.
• Co-manage complex glaucoma cases and co-ordinate cataract-glaucoma patients.

• Conduct precise, evidence‑based glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies
• Provide attentive longitudinal care, monitoring intraocular pressure, optic nerve health, visual fields, and disease progression
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high‑quality glaucoma care
• Manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions, with emphasis on primary and secondary glaucomas, angle‑closure disease, complex anterior segment pathology, and co‑management of cataract and glaucoma patients
