Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing a full spectrum of glaucomatous conditions, performing advanced glaucoma procedures, and providing longitudinal care with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Proven history of successful glaucoma surgeries.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Preserve vision and enhance quality of life for patients with glaucoma and complex optic nerve disease
• Evaluate, diagnose, and stage a full spectrum of glaucomatous conditions, determining when medical, laser, or surgical intervention is indicated
• Perform comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative assessments to ensure optimal outcomes for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries
• Conduct precise, evidence-based glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies
