Job summary

Sacbar is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our Southern California ophthalmology group. The physician will manage a wide range of eye conditions and perform routine and surgical procedures in a collaborative, patient‑centered practice.

The role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), and a potential partnership track, with ongoing education and professional development supported by a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Valid California medical license.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and deliver accurate diagnoses.
• Manage common eye diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Perform cataract surgeries and other standard ophthalmic procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and preventive health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
