Job summary

Eyetastic Services, a reputable ophthalmology practice in Spring Hill, FL, seeks a dedicated Ophthalmologist to join the team. The role offers a generous $450k+ guarantee with potential earnings beyond this through a 35% collections model, plus equity opportunities.

The schedule is 4 clinical days and 1 surgical day weekly, with comprehensive management and health plan support to focus on patient care. MD/DO required with strong residency and surgical independence.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with a strong residency background.
• Experience and confidence in performing surgeries independently.
• Enthusiastic about joining a thriving practice and serving the local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical eye care and surgical services with technician support.
• Perform cataract surgery, including premium IOLs.
• Conduct in-office procedures (YAG, SLT, LPI).
• Perform pterygium excision, chalazion incision/curettage, eyelid lesion removal, and blepharoplasty.
• Collaborate with a visiting vitreoretinal specialist 2–3 days per month.
• Manage the practice while delivering top-tier patient care.
