The Eye Center is seeking an experienced comprehensive ophthalmologist/cataract surgeon to join our established, physician-owned private practice in Eugene, Oregon. This opportunity is ideally suited for a seasoned physician or entrepreneurial-minded surgeon who values clinical excellence, operational influence, and long-term ownership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Immediate surgical volume and built-in patient base; step into senior partner transition
• Shape clinical offerings, operational workflows, and long-term strategy
• Provide high surgical volume for cataract and refractive surgery
• Support growth with existing infrastructure and experienced staff
• Share light call responsibilities (2–3 weeks annually) and optional compensated hospital call

• Board‑certified ophthalmologist with significant cataract surgery experience
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required
