The position features a realistic earning potential of $700K+ with a $75,000 signing bonus, no ER call, and a solid support team including optometrists, techs, and MAs. Generous benefits and PTO of six weeks are provided.

Responsibilities

• Join an established ophthalmology practice with a new specialty clinic opening in 2026.
• Perform high-volume cataract and glaucoma procedures with dedicated OR days and an experienced surgical team.
• Flexible schedule: 3-, 4-, or 5-day work week.
