PRISM Vision Group in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a full-time ophthalmologist (comprehensive or glaucoma) to join a national, physician-led network with strong private-practice roots. Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO with ACGME residency and glaucoma fellowship; visa sponsorship is not indicated. This is a clinic/private-practice oriented role in the DMV region.

Qualifications

Physician - Ophthalmology

Suburban D.C., Full-time ophthalmologist position with Silver Springs Eye in the DMV (Silver Springs, MD) for a Comprehensive or fellowship trained Glaucoma Specialist.

As part of a nationally recognized vertically integrated network, our subspeciality ophthalmic practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. We have the best of academia mixed with the best of private practice. This position is with Silver Springs Eye with a large office expansion and state-of-the-art design and equipment finishing in February of 2027.

• Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.
• We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections.
• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th%ile compensation
