Mid Atlantic Retina is seeking an ophthalmic technician to join a busy retina practice in Pennsylvania. You will take patient histories in the EMR system, perform vision exams, prep patients for injections, administer drops, and assist with imaging tests and charting.

This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) & profit sharing, and a $1,000 hiring incentive paid in installments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year health care experience or equivalent medical training desired (but not required).
• Desire to work with patients.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories in the EMR system.
• Do vision exams and prep patients for injections.
• Administer drops and assist with imaging tests.
• Complete charting, scribing and other tasks.
