Job summary

LANGE VISION CARE PLLC in Michigan is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. You will conduct the initial assessment, gather medical history, and measure intraocular pressures, refraction, and visual acuities under doctor supervision.

You will assist in in-office procedures, educate patients on eye health, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and being highly organized are essential; CrystalPM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Ophthalmic Technician experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CrystalPM a plus.
• Ability to work every other Saturday.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to join our team! As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will be responsible for conducting the initial assessment of a patient, including listening to their complaints or concerns, obtaining a relevant medical history, and measuring intraocular pressures, refraction, visual acuities, and more. You will also assist as needed with procedures done by the doctor in-office, help educate patients on eye health and best practices, and maintain an organized, clean work environment at all times. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and is extremely organized. Experience with CrystalPM a plus. Must be able to work every other Saturday. Pay is based on experience.
