OCLI Vision, Inc. is seeking an Ophthalmic Scribe to support our providers and patients. You will accompany physicians during exams, document real-time patient interactions, and assist with testing and procedures.

Responsibilities include chart preparation, accurate documentation, order tracking, and patient education. The role requires strong communication, dependable service, and the ability to stand and lift up to 10 lbs.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Ophthalmic Scribes play a key role in supporting our providers and patients. You’ll accompany physicians during exams, document real-time patient interactions, and assist with testing and procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare patient charts/EMRs and exam rooms
• Accurately document physician-patient interactions
• Track orders, prescriptions, and testing
• Perform ophthalmic testing & work up (visual acuity, tonometry, dilation, OCT, VF, etc.)
• Educate patients on procedures, testing, and prescriptions
• Audit charts for accuracy
• Provide exceptional patient care and service
