Qualifications

• Experience in surgical sterilization, OR circulating, or surgical technology.
• Familiarity with infection control procedures and patient safety in ophthalmic settings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborate with surgeons/nurses.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize, disinfect, and prepare ophthalmic instruments and equipment.
• Support coordination and flow of surgical procedures and prep rooms.
• Maintain aseptic technique and assist surgeons during procedures.
