Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Experience in OR and/or PACU preferred, Ophthalmology.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
• On-call duties with response time < 45 minutes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to compassionate patient care.
• Excellent clinical judgment and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Adherence to professional standards in nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one care after ophthalmic surgeries until discharge criteria are met.
• Demonstrate teamwork and provide clinical and emotional support.
