Job summary

Eyetastic Services is hiring a clinical assistant and scribe to work with doctors during patient visits in Havertown and Media. You will gather histories, perform preliminary eye tests, document care, and learn on the job with no prior ophthalmology experience.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with most shifts 8am–5pm and one evening per week; starting pay is $19+ per hour, plus holidays, PTO, health/vision/dental, and a retirement plan after one year.

Qualifications

• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) as stated.
• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Willing to learn ophthalmology skills on the job.
• Ability to work at multiple office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical assistant and scribe during patient visits.
• Gather and document patient histories, perform preliminary eye tests, and support patient care.
• Float between Havertown and Media offices as needed.
• Shift pattern includes one evening per week (12–8).
