Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC, based in Sierra Vista, AZ, seeks experienced role players to support military training exercises as 1099 independent contractors. You will portray OPFOR or other scenario-specific characters, stay in character, and follow exercise instructions while adhering to safety protocols.

Conversational Spanish fluency is desirable for select roles. Dates are 17–23 September 2026 with 10-hour shifts; work hours are set by government requirements and may adjust for mission needs.

Qualifications

• Must have prior military, law enforcement, or comparable experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Knowledge of small arms weapons systems and safe operation.
• Ability to meet physical readiness standards.
• Reliable transportation to exercise location.

Responsibilities

• Portray assigned characters during military training exercises.
• Remain in character and follow exercise instructions.
• Safely operate weapons training simulators or weapons used in training.
• Wear designated attire appropriate to assigned role and region.
• Work in rural, urban, and maritime environments under varying weather conditions.
• Support exercise realism while adhering to safety protocols.
