The OPEX Director will develop the OPEX strategy for the site. The role involves benchmarking operational excellence concepts to increase efficiency, leading and influencing without authority across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, HR, finance, and other departments to challenge the status quo and drive performance. The Director will lead continuous improvement efforts, implement and apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing strategies, and develop optimization tools. They will identify opportunities and implement improvements using industry best practices and operational excellence concepts.
The incumbent must give technical instructions to chemical operators.
The salary for this role is anticipated to be between $140,000 and $175,000.
