Johnson & Johnson is seeking an OPEx Communications Co-Op in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. The term runs January through December 2027 with a 40-hour work week, fully onsite. The role supports tactical execution of the Gurabo Site Communications Strategy, coordinating content, calendars, channels and events under the Communications Team.

The Co-Op will assist with engagement initiatives, metrics, and administrative workflows to enable strategic communications and continuous improvement across the site.
