Pauley Construction is seeking an Operator Telecom Construction Equipment to join our team and help connect America. This role operates a range of equipment used in underground construction and utilities, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate drill equipment safely on construction sites.
• Willingness to perform site setup and cleanup duties.
• Ability to read and follow bore schedules and work instructions.
• Comfort with working outdoors in varied weather and environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate drill equipment on jobsite which may include but not limited to the following: Directional Drill, Backhoe / Excavator, Skid Steer, Tractor Trailer (Moving Equipment / Haul Water), Vacuum Truck/Trailer.
• Restore and/or landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Be responsible for the site set-up and clean-up.
• Load and unload tools, materials and equipment on truck.
• Be involved in new site Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• JSA prior to starting construction.
• Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers and at times flagging traffic.
• Other related laborer duties as assigned.

Pay Range: The Operator Telecom Construction Equipment hourly wage range is $20.00 - $30.00, depending on experience.
