Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers in Turlock is seeking an experienced Operator Technician for Raw/Finished Goods on swing shift. You will operate, perform light maintenance, troubleshoot and sanitize highly technical equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting, with responsibilities spanning receiving, packaging, palletizing, finished goods and shipping.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator or forklift operator, plus good communication skills

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a manufacturing environment as a machine operator or forklift operator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work schedules and performance graphs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, light preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and sanitize equipment.
• Manage production scheduling, materials logistics and shipping processes.
• Rotate through receiving, packaging, palletizing, finished goods and shipping assignments.
• Work overtime and any shift as necessary.
