Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a production associate to operate and maintain surface treatment machinery in a manufacturing environment. You will set up equipment, start and adjust machinery to optimize performance, and ensure operations run smoothly with adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include quality control, reporting, and documentation, plus troubleshooting and maintaining a clean work area to support efficient production schedules.
