Job summary

Abba Staffing & Consulting is recruiting for an Operator/Stuffer for a Fort Worth electronics service company. The shift runs 6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include manual/auto BBA, IPC-A-610 inspection, BOM/AOI checks in Excel, and problem-solving to drive improvements.

The candidate must read schematics, interpret datasheets, and use SAP and Office tools, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers and microscope at 10x).
• Interpret manufacturers data sheets accurately.
• Navigate SAP to perform confirmation and BPM validation activities.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds and work overtime when required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our customer is a well-established electronics service company that specializes in the manufacture of electronic devices and equipment. They are seeking Operator/Stuffer to work in their Fort Worth facility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated BBA
• Inspect assemblies to IPC-A-610 requirements
• Verify component, values, and orientations
• Run Excel programs to verify AOI program-to-build of materials
• Solve issues and suggest improvements

Job Requirements:

• Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers and microscope at 10x)
• Ability to interpret manufacturers data sheets
• Able to navigate SAP to perform confirmation and BPM validation activities
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
• Microsoft Office skills
