Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an Operator I -Sassaros based in Nampa, ID. The Operator I-Sassaros is responsible for monitoring the whey drainage system during the mozzarella cheese production to ensure proper flow and prevent overflow conditions. This position maintains cleanliness of the drainage equipment by regularly hosing down the system to prevent cheese buildup and ensure efficient operation. The role supports production by helping maintain product flow, food safety, and equipment cleanliness.Will be operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining food safety and quality standards, following GMPs and HACCP procedures, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring efficient production flow. Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while meeting production targets, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.
