Peak Utility Infrastructure is hiring an Operator I to join a small crew and operate heavy equipment on utility construction sites. You will read basic prints and underground sketches, assist with fiber placement, and ensure safety standards and regulations are followed on site.
The role requires 1+ year of backhoe/mini excavator operation and experience around underground utilities, with potential for growth and a competitive hourly rate.

Pay Rate: $24.00- $29.00 per hour DOE
Classification: Non-Exempt
Essential Functions:
Operator I is a valued member of a 2–4-person restoration crew, has full knowledge of operations, and is an expert in heavy equipment. This position will be required to operate heavy equipment. Heavy equipment may include trucks, front end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, trenchers, backhoes, loaders, and other pieces of equipment.
