TALENT Software Services is seeking an ICT Print Operations specialist to manage high-volume print runs across multiple high-speed devices in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires operating and maintaining printing subsystems, performing data card processing, and ensuring output meets SLAs. Overtime, weekend work, and rotating shifts are part of the schedule.

Duties

• Processes computer production systems hardcopy output (checks, ID cards, EOBs, other health-related correspondence and documents). Provides high quality print output for customers, providers, and subscribers, meeting demands, timelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• 30% Operates and maintains printing subsystems and pre/post-processing support hardware.
• 30% Operates bursting/trimming machines for processing checks and other special forms.
• 30% Performs Data card processing. Performs quality control checks on all work performed. Separates work and places reports/outgoing work in the correct courier pickup points or forms output carts.
• 10% Monitors various systems and hardware to troubleshoot/identify any problems. Performs hardware maintenance as scheduled.

• Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to adapt to ever changing deadlines. Effective organizational, communications (verbal and written), and customer service skills. Ability to transport or move materials up to 50lbs during normal work functions. Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.

Work Hours

The position is 12-hour shifts (5:45 PM to 6:15 AM), rotating days. They would work Monday through Wednesday for 4 weeks, then after the 4th Wednesday they would be off for 7 days then come back to work on Thursday and work Thursday through Sunday. They would work Thursday through Sunday for 4 weeks then on the fourth Sunday they would continue to work Monday through Wednesday (7 days straight). They would then repeat the cycle. Role will also have overtime, weekend, and off hours.

Required Technologies

Windows Desktop, High Speed printer operation, Outlook.

Nice To Have

Ricoh VC40000 Printers, Ricoh 9210s Cut Sheet Printers, Insertion equipment experience.

Day to Day

This position will be responsible for printing batch documents on high speed print equipment. Additionally, candidate will need to have the ability to prioritize workloads and check print output for accuracy. The employee must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for periods of time.

Soft Skills

Able to work in a team environment, task oriented, attention to detail. Doesn't need to be highly technical but must have the ability to learn.
