The Operator Packer is responsible for preparing packaging, packaging finished product, conducting quality inspections, and interacting with the ERP system. Other duties include assisting in setting up the line, making minor process adjustments, housekeeping, and special projects assigned by the supervisor such as sorting, reworking, and grinding.
Standing or walking most of a 12‑hour shift, bending, squatting, and twisting several times an hour, frequent lifting.
