Job description

The Mold Maintenance associate safely performs maintenance service and repairs to molds and other tooling used in the manufacture of wind blades.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools
Preparing all molds for operation
Ensure that standard work is being followed
Follow all safety protocols, especially given potential exposure to chemicals
Perform production tasks to cover absences to meet quality and delivery objectives
Essential to 5S and improving organization on the production floor
Perform all other duties as assigned

Education / Skills / Experience

Demonstrated training and mentoring skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Ability to maintain a safe work environment
Previous TPI experience preferred but not required.

Physical Skills and Abilities

Ability to be on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially working across all shifts at times.
Stamina to work 50+ hours/week to support plant performance.
