Job summary

Genan Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to move product between the warehouse and yard, assist with bagging, shipping and storage, and support order preparation. The role requires operating a forklift, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality standards.

You will perform loading/unloading within safety guidelines, support inventory control, and keep equipment and premises clean. Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of forklift experience, certification a plus.
• 30 days of on the job training by Lead Operator or experienced Operator.
• Safety policy and procedural training.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move product in preparation for bagging, shipping and storage.
• Loads/unloads product within safety standards.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Conduct quality control checks on bags and inform Lead or Yard Manager of material defects.

SummaryThe Operator works in the Logistics department and efficiently moves product between the warehouse and yard and prepare it for bagging, shipping and/or storage.
