Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Operator II to operate, disassemble, reassemble, and clean granulation equipment including low/high shear mixers, mills, and fluid bed dryers in line with cGMPs and SOPs. Flexibility to rotate to other Manufacturing or Packaging departments as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience in pharma or related industries, and the ability to work independently or in teams while adhering

Job description

The Manufacturing Operator II operates, cleans, disassembles, and reassembles granulation equipment including low and high shear mixers, mills, and fluid bed dryers in accordance with applicable cGMPs and SOPs. The incumbent may rotate to other Manufacturing or Packaging departments based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, disassemble, assemble, and clean granulation equipment proficiently.
• Complete Skills Inventory requirements in other departments and provide operational support as needed.
• Use computer systems to review, read, and train on SOPs.
• Participate in work scheduling and departmental activities.
• Handle departmental computer transactions and performance metrics.
• Build productive and respectful working relationships across the organization.
• Work independently with minimal supervision or within a team environment.
• Follow Piramal Pharma Solutions Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, biochemical, food manufacturing, or related industries required.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
