Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Machine Operator to prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization, and to monitor production status while taking action on deviations.

You will inspect parts, discard defects, and support maintenance to prevent downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read blueprints, operate medium complex machinery, and lift medium-heavy

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with power tools and reading blueprints.

Your Qualifications

Required:

Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.

Preferred:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment.

Experience working with power tools.
