Operator I - Richmond, TX

This is a full-time, hourly level position.

This position is our entry-level position into the plant. The responsibilities of this job are cleaning and filling operator positions in different areas of the plant. Good communication and writing skills are required for this position.

Candidate must be able to work overtime, weekends, rotating shifts be able to fill the different operator positions throughout the plant after a training period. The position requires that you have the ability to:

• lift 50 pounds
• work from heights
• sit, stand, kneel, crawl, and bend
• work in a variety of hot and cold conditions

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
