Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks such as assembling components and operating equipment per work instructions.
• Conduct basic visual inspections and report quality issues to a lead or supervisor.
• Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation with support as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and GMP standards.
• Maintain cleanroom or general work area standards and participate in housekeeping.
• Operate equipment under direct supervision and report malfunctions or questions.
• Participate in on-the-job training and learn from supervisors and teammates.

• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks, such as assembling components, operating equipment, handling materials, or inspecting products, by closely following work instructions and guidance from experienced team members.
• Conduct basic visual inspections to check product quality and report any issues to a lead or supervisor.
• Accurately complete traceability forms and production documentation with support as needed.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Help maintain cleanroom or general work area standards and participate in housekeeping activities.
• Operate assigned equipment or tools under direct supervision, reporting any malfunctions or questions.
• Participate in on-the-job training and actively learn from supervisors and teammates.

Requirements

Education / Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.

Job Requirements

• Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment, if required.
• Basic teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn from others.
