We are seeking a motivatedOperator responsible for forming of medical device components using manual labor in conjunctions with various machines. The offering position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.

Responsibilities
Production Operations
  • Operate computer-based machining work centers and related equipment.
  • Perform simple to medium-complexity tasks according to customer-specific process requirements and documented instructions.
  • Form parts using manual labor, requiring up to10lbsof force.
  • Set up and adjust equipment to required specifications.
  • Follow work instructions, read/fill out router steps, and completeidentificationlabels accurately.
Quality & Inspection
  • Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation.
  • Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate awareness of departmental quality goals and ensure high workmanship.
  • Enter required data into systems andmaintainaccuratedocumentation.
Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area,demonstratingstrong housekeeping habits.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including equipment-specific requirements
  • Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Teamwork & Training
  • Conduct work professionally andmaintaina high standard of performance and behavior.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Follow direction from the Supervisor, Lead and/or Production Manager at all times.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Microscope skills experience.
  • The use of micrometers, gages and calipers.
  • Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of metal tube and wire drawing and centreless grinding is a plus.
  • Knowledge of NiTiNol material is a plus.
Compensation
  • The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19.00-$22.00.
  • Our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
