Job summary

Abbott, Minnetonka, MN, seeks an Operator I to support Electrophysiology manufacturing. You'll perform casting, coating, mechanical assembly, and packaging of medical devices under supervision, using microscopes and precise tools.

Attention to detail and adherence to procedures are essential as you verify documentation and participate in quality checks. The role runs on 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00am–3:30pm) with potential overtime, and base pay ranges per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform Casting/Coating functions and inspect assemblies for bubbles or epoxy defects.
• Carry out Mechanical Assembly: kit, bond, coat, and process medical devices using microscopes.
• Perform Packaging: assemble and package devices and related accessories.
