Job summary

Cemex US in Moorpark, CA is seeking an Operator to manage plant production operations, maintenance, and repair of all fixed equipment. The role requires at least 2 years in operating an aggregate facility, a high school diploma/GED, and welding/cutting experience is highly preferred.

You will work scheduled shifts, adhere to safety standards, and perform preventative maintenance as part of a team dedicated to reliability and efficiency in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in operating and maintaining an aggregate facility.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• Welding and cutting experience highly preferred.
• Core understanding of conveyor belts, shaker screens, sand screws, and cyclone operations.
• Ability to work scheduled shift hours and be flexible with scheduling, overtime and weekends.

• Meet or exceed company safety standards.

Compensation

The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $27.17 to $40.77 per hour, depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skill sets, experience, and education.
