Kemira in the United States is seeking a Plant Operator to control and monitor process equipment in a Sodium Chlorate Manufacturing Plant, ensuring safe operations and product quality. You will perform laboratory and field testing, record plant readings, troubleshoot alarms, and execute operations with minimal supervision.

High School graduate or equivalent. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds and ascending 4+ flights of stairs repeatedly. Good English verbal and written communication skills and math skills required. Must be capable of working with others in a team environment. Adept at troubleshooting and able to deal effectively in a plant environment. Job offer is contingent upon passage of a drug screen, physical examination and respiratory fit test.
Hourly wage commensurate with plant service and experience.
