Job summary

Kemira is seeking a production operator for the Industry & Water segment in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will monitor tank levels and operate various equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess good interpersonal skills, be a team player and have experience with minimal supervision. This position offers an hourly rate of $27.62, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring tank levels and process instrumentation.
  • Operating pumps, valves, filter presses, controls and other operating devices.
  • Loading finished goods.
  • Connecting/disconnecting railroad cars.
  • Operating forklift trucks, skid steers, and overhead cranes.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a production operator for the Industry & Water segment in St Louis, MO. This position requires working safely according to established procedures, troubleshooting problems, performing laboratory analysis tasks, and ensuring the proper operation of all equipment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Monitoring tank levels and process instrumentation
  • Operating pumps, valves, filter presses, controls and other operating devices
  • Loading finished goods
  • Connecting/disconnecting railroad cars
  • Operating the forklift trucks, skid steers, and overhead cranes
  • And any other duties as assigned
