Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an Operator Blending and Loading-Nights at our Fallon, NV facility to safely blend and load materials for disposal and recycling services. You will monitor processes, ensure proper labeling, and maintain logs.

The role runs straight nights 5:30pm-6am with rotating weeks; candidates should be able to work in hot/cold conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team while following safety policies; prior rail or truck loading experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of loading/unloading rail or truck preferred.
• Knowledge of loading/unloading railcars and tankers preferred.
• Forklift experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Review paperwork to ensure compliance with company, governmental rules and regulations.
• Sample all inbound rail cars, trucks and trailers.
• Prepare the sample and submit for lab analysis.
• Prepares paperwork receipts for filing and processing.
• Unload rail cars, trucks and trailers into the used oil receiving tanks.
• General housekeeping of the facility.
• Other duties as required.

Job description

We are seeking an Operator Blending and Loading-Nights for our Fallon NV facility.

Wage: $28-32hr DOE

Schedule: Straight Nights - 5:30pm-6am. Rotating weeks - Sunday-Tuesday and Sunday-Wednesday

QUALIFICATIONS

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

• Work well in a team environment
• DOT or RCRA training an asset!
