Job summary

West Fraser is seeking entry-level manufacturing Operators to support production across our facility. You will operate and monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and keep work areas clean while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Able to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends.

MUST-HAVE (Non-Negotiables)

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume conditions
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical
  • High School Diploma or GED

NICE-TO-HAVE (Preferred but not required)

  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Positive employee referral or professional reference
  • Interest in learning new skills and cross-training over time
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment
