Work Environment

This role is based in a GMP, climate-controlled manufacturing facility focused on food production and fermentation. The position follows a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the potential for approximately 5 hours of voluntary overtime when available. The environment emphasizes strict adherence to GMP codes and safety standards, including wearing safety glasses, steel-toe footwear, pants without holes, hair nets, and beard nets as applicable. Work involves operating and maintaining production machinery such as fermentation tanks, packaging equipment, labelers, vats, dryers, and conveyor systems, while consistently following sanitation, sterilization, and documentation procedures to ensure safe and high-quality output.
