• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision parts per production requirements.
• Load and unload materials while monitoring machine operation.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read blueprints, instructions, and travelers to verify specs.
• Identify quality concerns and notify supervisors for adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist with other production tasks to support delivery schedules.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production demands.

What You'll Do

Operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision parts according to production requirements.

Load and unload materials while monitoring machine operation throughout the production cycle.

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Read blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers to verify product specifications.

Identify quality concerns and notify supervisors or machinists when adjustments are needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Work with teammates to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Assist with other production tasks as needed to support customer delivery schedules.

Work overtime when necessary to help meet production demands.
